CMO Partners provides technical and logistical expertise to ensure a seamless product transfer and integration process. In early-stage development or continuous improvement, we can assist in pilot solution manufacturing, microfluidics, process design, equipment procurement, tooling, or modification to existing equipment to accommodate unique manufacturing processes.

Our technology transfer team will work with you to ensure your product is manufactured and documented correctly. It includes transferring of product specifications, process requirements, full traceability of all manufacturing processes and materials. All work instructions, label requirements and bills of materials will be created for your approval. These documents will comply with ISO13485 and cGMP standards and made to your standards.

We take quality control seriously at CMO Partners Inc. Our manufacturing process includes multiple quality checks to ensure your products meet your high standards. 

CMO Partners can build initial pilot lots (proof of concept) to ensure manufacturing readiness. This process minimizes risk during scale up. Pilot lots allow early access to material for internal or early market use.

CMO Partners generates a product packet for you approval. This packet contains all documents are transfered into our QMS and ERP systems.  CMO generates work instructions, label proofs and bill of materials as part of the product packet.

All product specifications are implemented in CMO Partners QMS. This will ensure the highest quality product is manufactured. QC checks are completed throughout the pilot phase and commercially manufactured products.

CMO Partners can use your supply chain or alternate suppliers can be used. We can help optimize your supply chain to reduce supply chain risk, improve efficiency, and minimize validation costs. We have experts in inventory management, logistics, and procurement.

We offer customizable packaging options to ensure the product is made to your specifications including kitting and temperature sensitive packaging at 4 °C, -20 °C, or -70 °C with gel packs or dry ice. If the product is delicate, CMO Partners will work with you to ensure it can be sucessfully packaged and shipped to meet your needs.
