Deionized Water System
The CMO Partners facility features a type Type 1 Water System that meets and exceeds USP purified water specifications. Our industry-leading filtration system ensures the water is RNase, DNase and Endotoxin free.
Wet Labs
The facility's three fully equipped wet labs are capable of formulating a wide range of life science products. Our trained and certified staff can produce batches of solution in a variety of sizes.
Custom Mixing
A variety of mixing capabilities are available beyond the traditional overhead mixer or stir plate. Mixing at a variety of temperatures is one of our specialities.
Storage Capabilities
Our facility has validated storage spaces:
- Room Temperature: 15°C to 30°C
- Incubator: 35°C to 39°C
- Refrigerated: 2°C to 8°C
- Frozen: -30°C to -15°C
- Ultra Freeze: -85°C to -70°C
Flexible Assembly Space
The site has a large production space outfitted for life science manufacturing, custom packaging, labeling, and preparing products to be shipped under cGMP guidelines.
